Every price we quote for a fitted new tyre includes a new valve and wheel balance on our Hoffman equipment.
This ensures there are no vibrations when you drive your vehicle resulting in a comfortable driving experience and no premature wear to steering and suspension components due to unbalanced wheels.
On-Car Balancing
There are times when carrying out additional balancing "on-the-car" provides a useful benefit so Christchurch Tyre Co offers this service as well.
On-car balancing is useful for aftermarket wheel replacements where either spacers are used to prevent the inside of the alloy wheel from touching the brake callipers, or where universal stud patterns are used. This service is also used for centre hub locking on classic cars with steel or wire wheels.
